These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of JustChecker, a website monitoring and alerting service operated by Omprem Infotech Private Limited.

By creating an account or using JustChecker, you agree to these Terms.

1. About JustChecker

JustChecker is a SaaS-based website monitoring service that may provide features including uptime monitoring, SSL monitoring, domain monitoring, DNS monitoring, response-time monitoring, security-header checks, robots/sitemap checks, alerts and reports.

Features may vary according to the selected plan.

2. Account

You are responsible for:

  1. Providing accurate account information
  2. Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  3. Maintaining the security of your account
  4. All activities performed through your account

You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Website Monitoring Authorization

You may only add websites, domains or systems that you own or are authorized to monitor.

You must not use JustChecker to intentionally abuse, attack, overload, scan or disrupt systems belonging to third parties.

4. Acceptable Use

You must not use JustChecker to:

  1. Conduct unlawful activities
  2. Facilitate attacks against websites or infrastructure
  3. Circumvent security controls
  4. Abuse monitoring infrastructure
  5. Generate excessive automated traffic intended to disrupt a service
  6. Upload malicious content
  7. Attempt unauthorized access
  8. Interfere with another customer's account
  9. Violate applicable law

We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in serious abuse.

5. Subscription Plans

Some JustChecker features may require a paid subscription.

Subscription pricing, limits and included features are displayed on the applicable pricing page.

We may introduce, modify or discontinue plans or features, subject to applicable law and any commitments already made to customers.

6. Billing

Where paid subscriptions are available, payment is processed through the payment method presented during checkout.

Taxes applicable to the transaction may be charged where required by law.

You authorize the applicable payment provider to process the transaction.

7. Renewal

Where recurring billing is enabled, a subscription may automatically renew according to the selected billing period unless cancelled before renewal.

Customers are responsible for maintaining valid payment information.

8. Refunds

Refund requests are governed by our Refund Policy.

Our standard refund-request window is 24 hours, subject to the conditions stated in that policy.

9. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable service, but JustChecker is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free.

Temporary interruptions may occur because of:

  1. Infrastructure failures
  2. Internet/network failures
  3. Third-party provider outages
  4. Maintenance
  5. Security incidents
  6. DNS failures
  7. Force majeure events
  8. Other circumstances outside our reasonable control

10. Monitoring Accuracy

Monitoring results are technical observations generated from checks performed by JustChecker.

A monitoring result should not be treated as an absolute guarantee that a website or infrastructure is available, secure, compliant or functioning correctly at every moment.

11. Third-Party Services

JustChecker may depend on third-party infrastructure, hosting, email, payment, DNS, analytics and other services.

We are not responsible for failures caused exclusively by third-party providers beyond our reasonable control.

12. Intellectual Property

JustChecker, including its software, design, branding, content, documentation and underlying technology, is owned by or licensed to Omprem Infotech Private Limited unless otherwise stated.

“JustChecker” is currently a product/brand operated by Omprem Infotech Private Limited and does not imply a separate incorporated legal entity.

13. User Content

You retain ownership of content and information you submit to the service, subject to the rights necessary for us to operate the service.

You grant us the limited rights necessary to process such information for providing the service.

14. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate an account where reasonably necessary to:

  1. Prevent abuse
  2. Protect the service
  3. Protect other customers
  4. Address security concerns
  5. Comply with law
  6. Address payment issues
  7. Enforce these Terms

Where appropriate, we will provide reasonable notice.

15. Disclaimer

JustChecker is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We do not guarantee that monitoring will detect every outage, vulnerability, DNS issue, SSL problem or other technical condition.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Omprem Infotech Private Limited will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or loss-of-profit damages arising from use of the service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

17. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Omprem Infotech Private Limited from claims arising from your unlawful use of the service, violation of these Terms, or unauthorized monitoring of third-party systems.

18. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable in India.

Subject to applicable law, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

19. Changes

We may update these Terms periodically.

Continued use of JustChecker after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
